Primium Grade
It has an extra heavy coating of Fluon or Teflon and is employed for special applications requiring a super-smooth surface, such as laminate-release sheets and other specialised heat sealing and non-stick applications. |
Standard Grade
It is mainly used as release sheets in heat sealing and laminating processes, non stick surfaces for paints, adhesives, resins and food products. |

Porous Beeder and Filter Available over a wide range of porosity from 4mm open mesh to 50 microns. It is mainly used as filtration, strainers, pollution abatement applications, conveyor belts in fan drying and curing processes for many industries. |
Crease and Tear Resistant
The PTFE-Glass TM fabrics was given a special treatment making the finished product more flexible and resistant to crease and tear. It is currently used in high speed packaging belts and flexing applications. |

Semi-Condunting TAC-Blac
Provided with a carbon loading giving semi-conductive and anti-static properties to the material. TAC-BLAC PTFE-GLASS eliminates or reduces static problems in belt and slip sheet applications. |

¡@ Textile dryer belt comprises PTFE coated glass, PTFE coated kevlar/glass and PTFE coated kevlar.This material is available up to 4400mm wide allowing for a wide variety of belt widths to be catered for. Series 8305KG, PTFE coated Kevlar/Glass, is used where the dimensional stability of kevlar is required in the warp direction with the rigidity of glass in the weft direction giving belts, which have better tracking performance at higher tension, than glass only belts. Series 8305K PTFE coated belts offer the stability of kevlar in both directions with low elongation at normal tension and have the ability to run at higher speeds and with higher tesnsion than glass only belts. ¡@ |
